Our court gives verdict like pendulum. Expert r in NCLAT not with Supreme Court. The SC supposed to give jaudgement based on company law not on whims & ones perception. If tata forced Cyprus mistri to se his share to only tata then it is oppression. If mistri removed before his tenure on whims of tata it is oppression as for law. SC does not understand the business & so gave this type of verdict . The SC bench does not have expert on company law. SC judgement finish the company law forever. It is like offering the rape accused to marry by Cj which is not in any law. It shows why our judiciary is the worst in the world.
Nclat case share karo usmein toh mistry jeet gaye yani ki kuch gadbad hain. Woh gadbad yeh hain ki ratan tata ke yeh 2 deciaion welapun and docomo failure hogaye usse cover karne keliye sabh mestry ke uppar daal diya. Already ratan ke career mein bahut failure hue tata nano one examole hain unke pass sirf ek hi success tha woh hain tcs baki unke career mein sabh failure tha. Woh yeh 2 failure aone gale mein nahi lena chahate teh. Isliye mestry ke gake mein yeh failure pass kiya ratan ne.
