i was so dissapointed when biz left 2000ad and went to work for marvel and DC, 2000ad was always a much better comic, i think artistically it was a better place for bisleys work ,but the americans had more money.... thats life i guess. he wasnt the only one who left
I would say he suffers from the disorder of just being himself, a normal, down-to-earth human being. It's just a shame that that's not acceptable these days because the internet has got everyone obsessed with pretentious, fake twats who either make a display of being 'larger than life' or they are so carefully edited and polished that they appear like robots and all talk the same. It's an awful shame that people nowadays can no longer recognise and appreciate someone just being natural and human, but think they must have something wrong with them if they show a bit of character. I doubt if Bisley gives a crap what people think, though.
@@rogerdavidson6236 He is most certainly NOT down to earth or normal. It's very obvious watching interviews or q&a with him. I am not attacking him at all, just observing. He's a very gifted artist and l wish he would concentrate more on his bible project. He doesn't seem to evolve much lately
@@Io-Io-Io Okay - I'm not just looking for an internet dust-up here, so to be clear, what are your criteria for normal, and what is it you think you're seeing in Bisley that constitutes some sort of 'disorder'? Also, you say you're not attacking him, but it's not exactly complementary to call someone 'disordered' on a public forum based on what you think is wrong with their personality, is it?
Good ol Biz, just love his rants.
The Heavy Metal artwork is absolutely outstanding!
He’s a god damn international treasure.

The Biz, THE LEGEND!
One of the greats.

Peter Milligan and Simon Bisley got together to produce Hellblazer.

He's just really English, moaning/complaining is a quintessential part of our psyche
@@roterfuchs8201Come on, it is pretty obvious what I mean.
