Maybe you can give me a hint for solving the issue I am having with this machine.
I have had bad results with a 8x8cm die. Does the size affect the stamping quality? Is it possible that it is just too big for this machine?

You need check the heating plate size,if it is 5*7cm, then the 8*8cm die will be too large.
