"Softmate" Erasmus+ Training Course, Limani Litochorou, Greece, 21 - 28/05/2024
This Erasmus+ Training Course is project organized & hosted by Youthfully Yours Gr from Greece with 7 partners from Youthfully Yours SK (Slovakia), Associação Check-In (Portugal), Tracce Nascoste (Italy), MIHI (Latvia), Asociatia Dear Future Self (Romania), Stowarzyszenie Europejski Instytut Rozwoju (Poland) and Asociacion Promesas (Spain).
Project Aim:
The project aimed to gather youth workers from Europe and created a multicultural environment of learning through experience. Learning took place in various dimensions and fostered the personal and professional development of youth workers competencies.🤝💚
Learning Methods:
Non formal education through activities and sessions where participants worked mostly in groups and learned from each other. There was no wrong or right answer to the approach, moreover they intended to cooperate with groups and reached a deeper understanding through meaningful dialogues. We ensured that this experience was holistic by understanding the case study or the role, integrating into it, getting out of it by derolling and detaching and lastly debriefing about the experience looking at it in the third person. 🧘‍♀️🎭
