How in the world can they just fill in wetlands with impunity? Here in Pa. if anyone did this they would see the world from a prison for the rest of their life.

I would like to know why there dozer blade is so small compared to the US models?
its a wetlands spec dozer, my guess would be so you cant bog yourself in by having to much material infront?
A Shantui DH17 is a Chinese knock off of the Komatsu D61, its a small/medium size dozer also comparable to a CAT D6... This is not a GIANT mining dozer like a Komatsu 375 or 475, or a C AT D10 or D11....
