I don't know who created the cookie monster photo, I took the picture from some video. Then, I kept laughing every time I thought about it, so I had to make a video of it, and that is what I did. 'C' is also for a naughty word which I did not include in this video, but Jack may have used it in the movie or the book, I can not remember. Stephen King is definitely familiar with the word
