Since you own the same car same model please share what actually should b the millage with in city and long way. Secondly what should I do to enhance the millage. Also if you could help me based on your good car knowledge,can I change the headlights of my car with the headlights of Altis special addition. Thanks.
in the whole review the boy in the back seat.. ma sha Allah.. such a cute boy... he kept not giving a fuck about the car and kept enjoying chips.. i have now an altis 1.6 SE 2022.. i have shifted from honda city to toyota altis.. always been a honda loyalist but shifting to altis SE has been like a dream come true... such comfortable vehicle.. for me gear box is ok and not a big problem... if u speed by gradual accelarator press you wont feel a thing.. CVT acha hai but i think i dont have any problem with 4 gear transmission
In CVT vs Conventional Auto debate, it should be clarified that both use Torque converters. Although I would support 6 or 7 speed gear box in Altis 1.6, but it should be kept in view that Altis is already capable of reaching 0 to 100 in 11.x seconds which is equal or better than most of the competitors having CVTs. As for the fuel economy, 11-12 vs 13-14 would only increase monthly cost by 700 to 1500 for an average city user.
@@alikiyani420 city being lighter and smaller wheel base and smaller engine, will offer slightly better fuel economy. My altis is giving upto 14.5 km/l in the morning (from cantt to uet lahore) and 12 on the way back when there is traffic. On long, at 110 km/hr it gives around 17-18 km/l and 16-16.5 at 120 km/hr. Our grande gives 14.5 to 15 on long and up to 11 within city. My colleague's city is giving similar figures. Max difference will be 2 to 3 km/l. But if you idel for long time, like when you eat outside a resturant, bigger engine will consume more. But there is one more point, honda city and 1.8 has cruise control which is very useful if you drive on long routes. Other features like sunroof and auto climate are not useful for me personally. Further, Honda city has punching feel for youngsters which is not there in altis ... (initial pick is very good).
@@alikiyani420 one more point, my personal experience with Honda warranty service is extremely poor (3 years civic and 5 years city 1.3), suzuki was poorest while Toyota was better (altis a few months old). Further, Honda engines consume oil (our city used to reduce 1/4 on dip stick in 5000km while civic used to reduce nearly 1/2 on dip stick), I am not sure if it is by design or something else.

@UCu_mP7kuSjnoahE-TolUE8g in my personaly experience 1.6 ect gives better fuel economy. But, some claim 1.8 gives better average. But according to them, the difference is 0.5 to 1 km/l. Sunil munj reported same values as mine in his expert reviews. But do remember, 1.8 cvt gives better drive experience on long route. But it is expensive. Currently, 1.6 ect has better resale.
bro honda BRV s varient is not a underpower car . brother I drive it with 7 passenger from sahiwal to sakardu. I find it very good family car . vary good fuel average. it's have hill assist. with 6 spead cvt transmission. but Toyota 1.6 x still have 4 speed automatic transmission. very old

The engine is not much of an issue as the power figures are good but the 4 speed auto is unacceptable. While civic x should have been introduced with 2000cc engine which was introduced in international market for this car.

In my opinion altis 1.6 manual is best option as compare to altis 1.6 auto and city bcz in altis 1.6 there are 6 forward gears and iski fuel average bhi achi ha
Altis 1.6 manual lacks a few things that Auto variant has like 16 inch alloy rims and yokohama tyres ( manual has 15 inch steel rims and general tyres ). Also you can install cruise control in auto variant for cheap while in manual no such option is available. Also in city traffic, Auto car is more relaxing. Resale is also a factor and manual variant has nob existent resale value.
Price compare karen jitna diff hy auto or manual main ham 16 + YOKOHAMA lagwa sakty hain or agar auto main cruise lagwa sakty hain to is main already 2 gear zyada hain auto sy means we can get better average Han difference ak he hy log zyada aram pasand ho gy hain 😉 Auto zyada bik rahe hy is liya mangi be hy
We have owned total of 4 Brv's in the past due to our family demands. Also we have owned Toyota Corolla Altis Grande but never bought Altis 1.6 of this generation.

@@shamikhkhan3532 IMC better know about this . But this is general perception whenever Toyota gives special edition then soon they discontinue the Model. Probably they will go for 12th generation as internationally its launch in 2019 but in Pakistan they are giving facelifts over facelifts and this time special edition. It simply mean that they want to boost the sale to finish the 11th generation scraps. I believe that they will launch three variants in 12th generation Altis. 1.6 1.8 and 2.0. might be 1.8 would be Hybrid one. These are my personal opinion not official . Thanks for reading my comment. Some of the 1ZR-FE engine units in Altis 1.6L have a cold start rattle issue due to a failing VVTI actuator. Other than that, it's reliable enough.
