The kind of houses that I like have a nice big backyard, fenced in of course with a high stone wall, trees, a back porch that has windows with shutters on the inside and a ceiling fan, an actual front porch, an attached two car garage, at least three full bathrooms, with showers separate from the bathtubs, low ceilings, regular windows with window screens, the front door and the back door having screen doors. In the kitchen, I like a real gas range, and of course a bathroom close by, in the bedrooms I like have real closets. I'm the kind of person who likes the living room, the dining room and the kitchen separate from each other. I love lots of trees, pecan trees in the backyard, and some nice shade trees along with roses in the front yard.
