You have taken up the mantle of a Scout. One of the most important roles in maintaining New London, by venturing out and finding the lost remains of civilization outside the generator's comfort. Bringing back food, equipment, supplies, and survivors back each trip.
During one of those trips, you sit down and speak with a familiar face about what has happened before. And what dangerous things may reside ahead.

Ok so basically the only solution that is maybe going to get us through this is *letting the Londoners go*
1. 160 vs 200 people to feed is a huge difference
2. Considering the Londoners previous behaviour I think it is quite certain that there would be revolt and infighting as soon as we hunker down to wait out the storm.
3. Letting the Londoners go but staying, followed by the storm and hopefully our survival would reinforce the image of the Commander (=as in he made the right decision in comparison to the Londoners and that’s why we are still alive) it would reinforce authority
