    I liked this video. I started the lifestyle as an over-the-road driver in 1991 and one of the things I got to enjoy was watching people's reaction when I walked in after speaking with them on the phone to get directions. What made me start paying attention was the day a shipping clerk ask, "where is your White co-driver?" I've also gotten double takes and wide eyed looks when I started to speak. My first year or so active duty I had pull out my birth certificate to show people I was born in the South. I just started life out as an Army brat and we weren't allowed to speak Ghettoese. When we didn't have homework we had to read the dictionary or encyclopedia and in 1960's "ain't" wasn't in either and we were not allowed to use it. People said that I sound as if I'm from the upper Midwest rather than the South.
    When we moved back to Georgia I was teased because of my "proper grammar." My first little girlfriend said she could tell when something angered me because my grammar became "more proper."🤷🏼‍♂️
    One high school teacher did suggest I pursue journalism after school but I turned 19 my first week of Basic Combat Training two weeks after graduation.

    There really is ABSOLUTELY NO place in the world for ANY forms of discrimination.
    Discrimination is NOT a joke, and it is NOT okay.
    Standing by, seeing discrimination occur & not saying anything about it is just as bad.

    It’s the year 2021 people should be more concerned about pandemics, homeless and the list goes on. God does not have a separate heaven. If a person need a transplant everyone organs look the same on the inside. To be honest we all match we have two eyes, two ears a nose a mouth, two hands etc the only small difference is everyone has a different coat (skin) and that doesn’t matter when it comes to love and helping people.

    • @Iamthegreatestofalltime
      @Iamthegreatestofalltime 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You used the wrong example. That's not how organ transplant works.

      So you mean who ever is in a wheelchair because they dont have legs or people who have lost their hands in accident are racist ?
      Not everyone on the planet are the same and not everyone on the planet has 2 legs,2 hands, 2 ears, 2 eyes or a nose so what you’re saying is wrong

    As someone who is native American, and has been profiled against in and out of school to where school didn't do anything even after reporting it my dad who has the native American in my family took it on himself to do something. I got told to go back to Wearing buckskin leggings and dancing around a campfire in front of a bunch of friends of mine. They was pissed . Principal saw what I did but didn't do or say anything.

    "Treat others as how you'd like to be treated." This cliche really doesn't capture the essence of the intent of the spoken words. For example, if you gave those instructions to a masochist. You'd be giving your blessings for this person to rain pain on someone, who accept torture as ecstasy. It would be better to say "be nice & of good cheer.". Thanks bunches. Best regards.
