    i ve been doing some of your abs and lower back exercises for 4 years now. they ve changed my physique totally. really really amazing content. though people who are just starters should be very careful and start with the easiest ones. moving gradually to harder ones and only after they have mastered easiest stuff perfectly. that will prevent traumas and other negative stuff.

    I am having some problems with my hips mostly after doing hard core stretching, I begin to get lower back pain, when this happens hip flexers do get tight triggering tight muscles in my mid point areas such as my lower back and trigger points of my hips so much that I believe that are my muscles letting me know they have been over worked, Yet I am very flexible and when this pain arrives it tightens minimizing my flexibiliy. I am not sure if I am explaining this correctly. Sorry about that. I thank you for sharing this video and these moves I feel more likely that could be very helpful. So thank you!

    Hey erro I have a very bad type of back pain when i hang on bar. It's at the end of my back and I feel it only during hanging.
    But after that it's been normal. Please recommend some exercises to abstain this problem.

    • @teemu2979
      @teemu2979 5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Lower back? Could be that your shoulders/ribcage are too tight and thats why your lower back compensates with a heavy arch and thats why it hurts

    • @mikkafication
      @mikkafication 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have a similar type of pain in my lower back. Try stretching your rectus femoris and your hip flexors. It seems to help me. I sit a lot and therefore my anterior leg/hip muscles are very tight and pull my pelvis down, hyperextending my lower back. Also tight shoulders/ribcage as teemu said, together with or resulting in a week upper back.

      @Vahvafitness  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Good tips, working on the upper back mobility as done here should help th-cam.com/video/s7puepbvB6Y/w-d-xo.html . For the lower back and lower body, many of the exercises I demonstrated in my free mobility class should be very helpful: adayofmobility.com

    • @Vahvafitness
      @Vahvafitness  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      They can help with the side split but otherwise you have to do lots of stretching similar to the splits. I got several free flexibility routines such as this one www.vahvafitness.com/lower-body-flexibility-routine-advanced/
