Ferra and Torr are part of a symbiotic race where an old Brute (Torr) is paired with a young Rider (Ferra). Eventually, the Brute dies and the rider grows up to become the brute. This Ferra looks like she's in the middle of her metamorphosis.
Since Ferra/Torr's race was an experiment similar to Tarkatans. If I were to guess that like Baraka and his people. Ferra's race might not be the same as before but similar. So maybe Torr does exist, but he isn't bound to Ferra anymore. I could see them keep the part where Ferra will eventually turn into a brute or maybe it's more like an either-or situation where you are either an impish Ferra type or a brutish Torr type
I think he sounds fine honestly, but looks cool for sure. I bet he'll have more ranged moves than Omni-Man and Ermac. I was hoping Ermac was more zoney, space check but winded up being a rushdown cancel king into flashy combos but I do think Homelander will be more pick up friendly for sure.
I have a feeling that we don't have to wait too much longer for Homelander Ferra and Takeda. The reason I say that is because around mid June is when the current season ends and so far there aren't any known season (that I know of anyway) scheduled for after it. Since these releases have been tied to the Invasion seasons is why I think we will get the rest of it in the next couple of weeks. But I have nothing to prove it
