LOVE the insight about weaving rather than “balancing.” Takes a lot of pressure off somehow. I just went through a kundalini teacher training last spring, and have been struggling with my relationship and feelings towards that form of practice. Thank you for the validation, inspiration and permission slip, to weave it into other practices, and to let it flow more like a dance, rather than a marching soldier or something lol. The world needs more womb wisdom teachings. It is still much too rare to hear the womb space being addressed at all. I personally have a hunger to learn more about womb wisdom and magic, but it seems like a topic that is still very hidden and forgotten. So happy I found Sahara Rose through Andre Durum’s channel!
So glad you brought Brett on your show! I recently started doing her somatic yoga/kundalini videos and I love the feminine approach. It's so healing in such a short amount of time. And it feels amazing ❤
This explains so much. It also explains why sometimes we aren't granted rapid Kundalini awakening it's literally protection sometimes because the gems of our souls are found innnnn the shadow work and trauma that is blocking that plumbing. Thank you for being such an amazing host sis. Big respect and props.
Yes ✨✨✨ I’ve been practicing yoga and somatic exercises with Brett months her work is incredible and has helped me to release trauma within my body. Thank you so much for this interview ✨✨

I've really been struggling with the rigidity of the practice I'm being taught, I did a little jiggling and was told to stay still - so thank you for this! my heart melted, I feel seen - we need more feminine kundalini classes!!! thank you thank you thank you ❤ inspired me to take my teachings into a softer direction 🎉
So good, thanks so much I kept trying to do the rigid yoga for years when my body was trying to do the moving way automatically but constant questioning it to be bad, inhibited more motion 👀👀🌹🌹🌹🌹🌟🌟
