Not agreed, may be unrecognized or nonreputed companies does, but not tier 2 or 1 companies do, ! And many girls crack interviews than boys and that's true, only because of their own skillset.

Because the interview questions will be based on tha data's you present in your resume . And be confident to explain about yourself because the way you present yourself is the most effective thing which u can perform on the time which was given to u on the interview..
