Read an excel file using pandas (easiest method). Then use that like list (kind of).
Read the excel file with pandas library. Then use the data frame in your code.

There is a way around to this. Enable two factor authentication then there you will be provided with an option to create password for lets say a web application or for the script in this case. So gmail will give you a pasdword which you shall use instead of the gmails acc original password. This may help in preventing your accs from being banned. Reach out to me incase you need any other help
