    is it not detected by antivirus at all?

      Msfvenom payload is. Im doing it with windows defender turned off. Also to create a service you need high privileges anyway so you while "playing" with services you can assume that antivirus isn't a problem.

      @@screeck among all methods to run payload like dll hijacking, process hijacking, etc, which ones are most likely can hide from AV
