We Just Started Our £850k+ Conversion Project (End Value £2.1m)

After spending tens of thousands on planning and related costs, we finally got on-site at our biggest conversion project to date.
The building is 2 adjoined commercial buildings being converted into 22 residential studios + 2 retail units.

Have the council been difficult in regards to parking requirements ?

No, they were quite good. Although there is a car park behind with loads of spaces, they'd have struggled with that objection.
