    You could do something about disciple> motivation because most people really rely on motivation in the new year and give up cause they don’t want to be disciplined and that is also something that would always be applicable!

    What about the new guide being named Begin to Win 2020? Goes well with Fight to Finish 2019! Or....Begin to Soar, Ready to Soar, Soaring into 2020, Remember Why You Started, Push Through the New Year, New Year Different Story, Light a Fire & Soar Higher....idk haha I don't know if any of these are good but maybe they can help spark some idea. Hope it helps 😬 LOVING the guide right now 🙌🏻

      Me again, haha. Another idea could be Sustain to Survive 2020. Sustain to Soar. OR.....SUSTAIN TO SUCCEED!!! YES haha. I think that is my favorite one yet!! Okay, I am done now and hope you like them or just enjoy seeing all the silly ones I came up with.

    Hope you like the new phone. I have the 7s+ and don’t really know if I want to upgrade at all. It’s only 2 years old and works great.
    I like Fit4life for a title and makes a great hashtag.

    Looking forward to the new guide. I really enjoy the 8-week one, although, in all honesty, I was skeptic at first when it comes to switching up the compound moves every week. But it's been a nice change in routine and I am hurting in places I haven't before:) Regarding the new guide's name, I like the angle of Fit for Life. How about "Forever Fit & Strong". Ok, so I am not very creative, sorry.

      Sage R. Aw yay!! I’m glad you’re enjoying it! And yes, it’s a different way to progress than following the same workouts for 3-4 weeks but can be very effective if you know how to program properly!☺️❤️❤️

    hmmm my topscreen of my iphone is also slightly lifted frm the back though I personally think in my case it has to do with all the 250 times I have dropped it (millions of cracks included lol), though my battery status is: needs repairs. Now your story got me scared but does this mean I will get a new phone? no bc ya girl is not willing to spend money on it lol

    For the title of your new guide, I would try to tie in 2020. So maybe Focus in 20/20. I don't really know, but I love the year 2020 (its so satisfying!!)
    Sorry not that great, but hopefully it will help :)

    LOVING the Fight to Finish guide right now! I've been thinking about what the new one is going to be called lol so it's funny now that you're asking for input. Regardless of what it's called I bet it's going to be BOMB. For me, I'm plan on going into the new year with the mindset of New Year Same Me cuz I don't want to/nor should I have to change who I am. I just want to be the best version of myself so maybe the guide could be something along the lines of New Year Better Me or Starting Strong? Not sure how creative those are, but I am excited to get my hands on it!!

    Are your guides similar to Jake's workouts? His look pretty intense lol.

    • @kellyyager1
      @kellyyager1  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Julia Hunter not really lol. The workouts he puts me through are for my goals specifically and my conditioning level. They’re way more advanced than I could/would ever put in a guide. Most of the exercises are fairly complicated in that I’d feel better being there in person making sure someone is doing them correctly! The fight to finish guide starts at a beginner/intermediate level and progresses to intermediate/advanced! It is similar in that the workouts are all slightly different to keep you excited in the gym! I tried to create fun and challenging workouts that are similar to mine because I know y’all like them lol! Any guide will be more basic and what you could get with 1-on-1 simply because I don’t know what exact equipment you have, past injuries, fitness level, etc.
      With that being said, I have girls from all levels of fitness doing the guide right now and are loving it! You can increase or decrease the intensity by modifying exercises or sets/reps! They’re a great way to get into a fitness routine or make sure your following a proper split without spending as much as you would for 1-on-1 coaching! I hope that makes sense!
