Starting mein zroor CGL top posts mein salary zyada hai lekin 5-7 saal mein BANK PO ki salary CGL vaalon se zyada ho jaati hai. Har 5 saal mein wage revisions aati hai, PLI bhi milta hai.
Bas workload hadd se zyada hai bank job mein

sirf 4600 gp mein bakio k mukable to jyada hai
Bank mei allowances bht jyada hei, SBI ka allowance hi CGL ke half salary ke equal hei.
