Is it possible to use the keyboard arrow keys on the web interface to move the camera? Clicking is just inconvenient and sometimes the subject moves so fast that moving the mouse to click the other direction is just not fast enough.

From what I know, you can't do this through the cameras web UI.
You could program to do this in vMIx with their shortcuts.
I'm sure OBS has a plugin, but I've never looked for one to do this.
You can achieve this using a Elgato Stream deck and our PTZOptics stream deck plugin.

Thanks for your reply. The way our team works is, one person os on the Livestream computer and another is on a laptop controlling the camera. It will be too much work for the one person on the livestream to move the camera in vmix while working on graphics and titles and such thats why we separated it.
Also CMP is very buggy on MacBook. And we are using an M3 Pro MacBook Pro. It freezes the whole computer every time. So we just can't rely on it. So thats why we use only the web interface. We currently do not have the budget for any external controller so we are making do with the web interface.
Is it possible to add keyboard support in an upcoming firmware release?
That’s a great feature request and I will submit that now. As you can see in this video Hive will be free for one camera and only $25/month for 3 cameras… so something to think about for camera control…
Is it possible for you guys to update the following on the Move 4K & Superjoy Combo?
1. Auto tracking on a zoomed in frame
2. Slower pan & tilt setting than current 1 setting (it still seems that the pan is still too fast when it is zoomed in)

Auto Tracking on a Zoomed-In Frame:
With the release of the new Move 4K Beta firmware, you will have access to Dynamic Zoom. This feature allows you to use the SuperJoy or web UI to zoom the camera in or out while it's auto-tracking a subject, achieving a tighter shot. Our development team continues to enhance auto-tracking capabilities, and we appreciate your patience as we roll out these improvements.

Slower Pan & Tilt Setting:
We understand the importance of having precise control over pan and tilt speeds, especially when zoomed in. While the new Beta firmware alone doesn't achieve this, we recommend checking out our Hive demos on our TH-cam channel. The Hive system has achieved smoother, more controlled movements for the cameras, providing the finer control you are looking for. Our engineers are also exploring options to provide even finer control over these settings in future firmware releases.

I find it sad that more time is spent on tracking and very little time on getting the quality of the Move4K up to or even better than the G2 quality. The Move4K has poor sharpness, auto white balance, auto exposure, you name it, I have to tweak it so much that I spend more time on that than actually watching who I am supposed to be focused on. Auto track is also to aggressive to the where I have had viewers complain they are getting car sick!. We have had to stop using auto tracking till that can be addressed as well.
Hi Ed, I think you will find that the new dynamic zoom will allow you to zoom out more and the auto-tracking sensitivity can now be slowed down. Regarding some of the other comments you have here. Perhaps you should try the Beta firmware and discuss these ideas with our engineers? You can try the beta firmware at ptzoptics.com/beta
I agree with you 100%. I got four of these cameras, and I have all the issues you mentioned, I'm thinking of selling them.
We could use easy ease on the cameras. They start and stop like surveillance cameras. Next upgrade?

You adjust the app to flip horizontal and/or vertical
Hello, The new Move SE and 4K cameras will automatically sense that they are mounted upside and correct the image.

Would it be possible to receive the email announcing the livestream a day or two before the actual show? Each time, I receive it the day of and I miss the show totally and have to watch the replay, which knocks me out of the giveaway. We are a house of worship and have been using PTZOptics exclusively for several years. I really would like to upgrade to the tracking cameras. I was in contact with Sean from PTZOptics and was awaiting a phone meeting with him, but he failed to send me a meeting notice. Is he no longer there? Needless to say, I’m disappointed in him, but love the four G2 PTZ cameras and Superjoy we own.

WHO IS BETA TESTER HERE¿?¿? I signed beta tester almost a month ago and I still waiting for the access... Your cameras has a very important trouble with focus and zoom so PLEASE do something to fix that. I have 6 Move 4k and two of them cant focus properly. PLEASE STOP DOING MARKETING MOVEMENTS AND FIX YOUR PRODUCTS, THANKYOU.

Autofocus Calibration: If your camera has an autofocus calibration option, try recalibrating the autofocus. Refer to the camera’s manual for specific instructions.

I CAN´T UPDATE MY MOVE 4K. the only file i can download is from 2021, the upgrate tool give me error everytime i try to upload. I'm tired of wasting time on this. You need to improve your customer service and the way you post updates on the website. And now i have to waste more time explaining you why your web and your product doesnt works properly.... I need solutions im not your worker
