Clear win for Greg as far as I am concerned. Boss Brian is unhappy about a project that is already started but lagging, suggests he doesn't want to get involved, looks to you two for solutions to get back on track and Copilot proposes a kickoff meeting to discuss the objectives, timeline and requirements that should've already been clear at the start of the project? That's not an email I'd expect from a skilled projectlead. Greg's email could've been more positive and to the point, but Amelia's Copilot response seemed like she didn't know anything about the project she's running with Greg. That would not install confidence about her supposed skills that she mentions so prominently to an already agitated boss, even though her mail seems like she jumps more into action than Greg's.
    Quick Fix using Amelia's mail:
Suggesting to use monday's meeting to discuss the best way forward to get the project back on track before delivering an action plan by Wednesday basically offers the same chance to make sure you both and Brian are on the same page, but without sounding like you snoozed through the project till now.

I preferred Greg's with the help of CoPilot Coaching. The initial Copilot response was too robotic for my liking. I think taking your time with these kinds of responses is important as it ensures the content is authentic.
