I totally agree! The camp stoves are great for cooking because the heat is sent straight up, but the Bonfire (I have that one as well) is tough to get warm by on the chilly nights - unless you have it PACKED! What's nice is it's made out of stainless steel so it'll last a long time, but the pricetag made me wait for a sale - Black Friday sales are pretty good. Thanks for the vid!
Have you tried the solo stove with the grill? If the heat is hitting the grill attachment, does it fan out and give you heat because it forces the heat to go sideways instead of just up?
I agree 100%. Too expensive to send all the heat up and create a hazard w the hot exterior.

No, we haven't tried out the grill attachment, so I'm not sure how much it would deflect the heat outward.
