Understandable worrying is a bad feeling can cause some sickness and ruin our health we better stay positive and be happy and focus on what is best to live longer with da love of God almighty 🙏

I am 75, and my cousin is 76. We are both convinced that working out, walking and all forms of physical exercise increase longevity, keep you mobile, prevent dementia and generally keep you out of a facility. As a lawyer with an extreme level of stress I found that physical activities were the best stress-buster. And after you retire, you must exercise your brain too if you do not want to develop dementia. I moved to another country when I retired where my brain stays active by learning and speaking another language. Whatever you do, KEEP MOVING!!!
