Relaxing Walks, your source for quiet, commentary-free walks and drives in stunning 4K+ HDR quality. We record real-time binaural audio to bring nature's soundscape and ambience to you.
We mainly film using a Sony FX30/E 11mm F1.8 camera and a Zhiyun Crane M3 gimbal for steady footage. Nature's sounds are recorded with a Zoom F6 and binaural microphones, and we polish the final product with Davinci Resolve Studio and Izotope RX.
The purpose of our videos is to provide an escape, potentially offering benefits such as relaxation, stress relief, and fostering a calming environment conducive to meditation, study, and sleep.

Is Raleigh the place where rich people live or it is common for United States?
Almost all larger US cities have wealthy and middle class neighborhoods similar to this. I definitely wouldn’t say affluent suburbs are unique to Raleigh. I’m not from this state, but North Carolina overall has a fairly affordable cost of living (though it’s increased lately with an influx of people). Hope this helps 😀

I'm not a realtor, but I enjoy taking walks around these neighborhoods, and here's what I've noticed. Mordecai, the area seen here, is highly sought-after, making the land quite valuable. You can expect to pay around $500,000 or more just for a lot, whether it has no house or an old house set to be torn down. A well-built house on one of these lots will easily cost in the millions.
