    More than the recipe (which is good anyway) I really appreciate you showing the preparation of the uncleaned fish - it shows real skill and is something that most of us home cooks no longer known how to do (here in Australia anyway) as we buy fish already portioned. Thank you !

    I enjoy so much with your recipes. It's authentic Japanese cuisine. In this case, it's important to control the temperature of the grill to have a gentle and constant heat, to obtain a fish with a tender and juicy texture. Delicious!! 👏😍

    Thanks for the video, inspired me to try this some day. I’ve planted a yuzu tree in my balcony earlier this year, when it produces its first fruits I will do this recipe. Greetings from Brazil!

    The fish looked so fresh.I love grilled fish.I use turnip in soups,never pickled ,must try.Pickles go well with grilled fish.

      Best to always use grammes as it is also good with percentages and works with liquids too! Cups drive me mad :)
