More than the recipe (which is good anyway) I really appreciate you showing the preparation of the uncleaned fish - it shows real skill and is something that most of us home cooks no longer known how to do (here in Australia anyway) as we buy fish already portioned. Thank you !
You're welcome. I'm so happy you taught me your favorite part, the preparation of the uncleaned fish. In Japan, home cooks don't know it. Thank you for watching and your comment! Have a nice weekend😁
I enjoy so much with your recipes. It's authentic Japanese cuisine. In this case, it's important to control the temperature of the grill to have a gentle and constant heat, to obtain a fish with a tender and juicy texture. Delicious!! 👏😍
I'm very happy you enjoyed my recipes! Yes, you're right. It's really important and I have to learn and try to control better than now. Thank you for watching and your comment. Have a nice weekend😁
Thanks for the video, inspired me to try this some day. I’ve planted a yuzu tree in my balcony earlier this year, when it produces its first fruits I will do this recipe. Greetings from Brazil!

おはようございます☀ Thank you for watching from Indonesia🇮🇩! Have a nice weekend😁
Wow, I am trying daikon rice.
My problem, grams and tsp or tb s equivalent, specially mirin etc.
That's nice! I hope you'll be able to do well. Thank you for your comment😁
Best to always use grammes as it is also good with percentages and works with liquids too! Cups drive me mad :)
