Hi Micah. I’m glad to know about that non fiction. The Dust Bowl is a very sad and fascinating part of our history. I was blown away by the Ken Burns series on the subject.
Try, "Out of the Dust" by Karen Hesse. Wow! "Hold Autumn In Your Hand" by George Session Perry was memorable as well. And, "Stoner" by John Williams - amazing!
Good to see you. I'm a little bit worried about whether reading The Worst Hard Time would contribute to depression, but I do want to read it at some point.
How do you decide on whether to get the physical book or the ebook? I can imagine that sometimes it's availability. Sometimes it's cost. Sometimes you want the ebook for convenience while traveling.

Bro you are so cute, and your passion for reading is inspiring. Love the channel, keep it up!
It hit me as you were talking that (despite being a million years older than you) I also know next to nothing about the Dust Bowl time period. Wow.
Great video!! I really enjoyed it❤
Thank you!
The Worst Hard Time sounds intriguing, like you most of my knowledge of the Dust Bowl was from The Grapes of Wrath.

But how do you know you'll even LIKE "The Grapes of Wrath"? Hee -
Haha! Well I have a gut feeling… that and I’ve read it twice already…
I;ve read Worst Hard Time, and didn't enjoy it at all. The book was well written, but didn't enjoy the subject matter.
