Hi, I really love how detail oriented you are in giving your instructions. It’s really easy to follow 😊 I hope you’ll create more wearable tops content 💕
I made this, but had to make a bunch of adjustments to fit my size 0 daughter. I started with the extra small pattern and the ribbed cuff was a perfect fit. But as i started going up, i added a bunch of rows before the decrease started, and then i alternated two regular rows and two decrease rows for a more gradual decrease. We both love the final product.
Wonderful! I know that the sizes can be a little difficult at times, since we do´nt all crochet with the same tension, so happy to hear You made the adjustment. /Vibeke
BIGGER BUSTIER PEOPLE AROUND (D-G) (P.s., Using subtitles helps when you're only referencing the video) The top instructions are very different for us and it honestly quiet a hassel. First off, check the size of your waist in inches then crochet that many inches for the rim to make it fitted like the image, however as a 36DDD I had to add a zipper to the rim because it was hard to slide over my chest or my hips, so as a busty person I recommend using a very stretchy yarn or adding a zipper to make it easier when you're sliding it on. The video recommends to start the top at around the half way point, but you should begin around a 5/6 mark when folded because just doing half-way covers NOTHING! I would also recommend not just going back and forth like she says. To properly frame your chest and not have sideboob hanging out, I'd do maybe 2-3 rows following the videos instructions then do couple layers going just up usually until you're comfortable while trying it on to check, making sure your sideboob is contained. Then SC, DEC, SC, DEC to go up with maybe a row of just SC inbetween until your desired height/ width. (I haven't tried, but it would be my best next approach. I'm just worried about if it would be not so suddle) I've followed the video instructions and its way too small (as a 36DDD, so I don't know how hard it would be to go to 36G) I also went back 5/6 so only 1/6 would be backroom, but while following video instructions all my sideboob still hangs out and wearing a bra with it looks horrible, but it covers more. I've decided to move on and try a different pattern as I already spent 1 week and a half modifying this pattern and restarting. I would not recommend this top to big chested beginners. I hope this comment helps my fellow busty ladies when approaching this top. There isn't many patterns made for busty women that I have seen, so I've tried. I don't know how my comment will help people with G or higher, but I hope it does. Happy crocheting
💚🦋💚🦋💚🦋💚🦋💚🦋💚🦋💚🦋thank you very much for this tutorial, you made everything very clear👍🏾im plus size and because of your beginner friendly video I feel I can make it in my size, with ease👍🏾😁
I'd like to try this as it looks easy. Are you able to provide the measurements for size medium to see if that will fit. If not I will need to see how much the pattern is thanks 🙂
It's the same for me. I've had to make a lot more rows. It's the same when working upwards - a lot more rows needed. I don't know if I crochett too tight.
I have finished making this top along with you.

Hello! Im new to crochet does the chain 1 count as the 17th stitch in the first part?
Muy bonito.
Pero debería decir cuantos puntos se disminuyen en cada vuelta, eso para las principiantes.
Gracias

Thank You :-) The waist on the model maesures 65 cm :-)
If I am using alize diva yarn or a fingering yarn would I pick a size that is one two size bigger
😊
Great. What is nexium in numbers. Thanks. I’m sure I need a small Ladies 6-8
😊
I stared using a 5mm needle 🫣would this make a big difference or just make the top bigger I guess ?
If it is xl size how much length you should keep for neck band?
Hi i completed all 116 rows but mine is way longer than 54cm....should i pull rows out to make it that length?
❤beautiful love 💕 thanks
Thank you so much 😊😍
9:10 for my reference
Hello! to make it easier, please how many ridges are in 116 rows? I have a hard time counting rows. thank you!
Thank you💞
❤️
Hi do you skip a chain each row or just once and then continue to not chain one?
Just started learning ,just can't keep the pattern straight.. any tips?
So is your seam at the side instead of the back of the top?

Thank you so much 😊

Hello, can I ask how many grams of yarn did you use for this project? Thank you~
I used just below 100g.
@@DivingDucksCrochet Oh my, thank you! This is really helpful and I really appreciate your reply
@@DivingDucksCrochet what size is this ? Could I use comfy cotton blend yarn
And also could this be made further down to a dress I saw it on Pinterest
@@DivingDucksCrochet would 70g yarn be enough for the project?
How many rows do you make for a small?
Thank you somuch🌹🌹🌹🌹❤️👍
Thank you so much ❤️🙏😊
can i use milk cotton yarn for this project?
С-П-А-С-И-Б-О! ❤ХОРОШО, ЧТО ЕСТЬ ПЕРЕВОД НА РУССКИЙ ЯЗЫК!
Добро пожаловать 😊
What's the finished length of the top you make in this video?
Perdón si quiero hacer para una niña de 11 años aproximadamente cuanto cadena empiezo
What kind of 100% cotton yarn is it the worsted weight
4 or the light weight 3
This is a light weight 2. Sport weight.
Hola cuanto material le llevo?
Combien de pelote de coton avez-vous utilisé SVP ?
I used about 150 g
hiii! may i know what size did you make in this video? thank youuu
Hi there.
This top came out as a size M. 😊
/Vibeke
I am a size medium but 116 rows for the ribbing seems to be way too small??
It's the same for me. I've had to make a lot more rows. It's the same when working upwards - a lot more rows needed. I don't know if I crochett too tight.
We all have different tension. You Can easily add more rows in the beginning🙏
Pls make ur videos with sound ❤
Is chain 18 the regular base for all sizes?
Yes, I would always do 18. If You feel like the brim needs to be smaller or wider, You can costumize :-)
@@DivingDucksCrochet thank you so much.. im currently working on it.. im using milk cotton yarn..
I wish I could see the result. I would love to see how it turbed out 😍
@@DivingDucksCrochet i dont know how to post the picture here when im done..
No me neither. Im not technical at all 😂
Why does the work seem smaller when you use a smaller hook
Hi there.
Because a smaller hook gives a smaller gauge 😊
Enjoy.
/Vibeke
How do i convert to 5mm hook ?
So quiet your Video.
Please tell me: what size?
If size small how many row for bottom one ?
I mean round the waist
