@kerkdyk As a starter busseniss, probably the acid lab. It's a passive solo busseniss, which means you can do things in the meantime and onze in a while do a sell mission. To get it, you have to go up north on the map to the R icon. Then, complete all the missions for Dax, and you'll get it. If you really want to make a lot of profits tho, you'll have to buy the equipment upgrade for it. To get it, you'll have to do 10 foolligan missions, which you can start by calling Dax and requesting a job. You can only do 1 per in game day. Once you have the equipement upgrade, dont source supplies, but just buy them.

I went to several game locations a couple of years back. It is kind of amazing how accurate they are. Even down to the unusual bathroom design at the Griffith Observatory. Great video.

As a Los Angeles native born and raised, I've always had a special connection with Los Santos. I have always recognized all the landmarks in this game. I'm glad you made this video so people not from here can have a greater appreciation for how accurately the game nailed L.A. You didn't even hit up Hollywood Bowl, which is very close to the Chinese Theater, where you guys were. Though you can't really see it from street level. But that is also in the game.
FYI Maze Bank Arena is a mashup of the Coliseum and the Kia Forum, not the Staples Center. Hence why one of the nearby gangs is called Forum Gangsters.
I went to LA in April and it's literally the reason I started playing GTAV again. Seeing everything in real life made me want to revisit the game. And then that lead me to your channel!

I think the Mile High Club tower is meant to be based on the Wilshire Grand Center in LA which competed construction in 2017. I could be wrong though.
