Sorry this reply being here but my TH-cam was acting up. Anyways, with soy sauce and vinegar in you marinade you shouldn't marate for more then 1to 2hrs due it will start to cook and change the texture of the meat
Love chipped beef and gravy - we have it all the time BUT I brown my shredded chipped beef before adding it to the sauce - and the taste is even better !!! Thanks for these great ideas.

Love shit on the shingle. My mom makes it with hamburger meat and cream of mushroom soup which is different but so good and we put it over toast too. I want to try it the way you make it so saving this recipe along with a lot of others!

Oatmeal scotches! I used to make them all the time for my day care kids and they were always a hit! I put less sugar in my recipe but it was hardly noticeable with the butterscotch bits. And the creamed chipped beef over toast was a blast from my 23:30 childhood when mom made that quite often for lunch in the summer! This was an awesome video to watch. Thanks for all you do. Also…I just loved all the different flavor profiles you did here…. It made me salivate!

❤ We love SOS... with hamburger or chipped beef. Always a comfort meal! Growing up, we'd sometimes had it over mashed potatoes instead of toast. To help patty burgers, I use two plastic cottage cheese container lids. 😂 They're washable and reusable!
Back in the day, 49+ years ago, SOS was on our dinner rotation. Sometimes made with chipped beef, sometimes with ground beef, whichever was the cheapest that week. We loved it! There are 6 kids in my family and no one ever complained about SOS❤️

I use the buddig lunch meat from SOS. Less salt and cheaper.
