3:15 Zipp is not voiced by Maitreyi Ramakrishnan in this game, and it's also not the same voice actress from A Maretime Bay Adventure, that's why it sounds off.
Anyway, I really enjoyed this game overall despite some of the flaws. I was really happy to see that the developers actually improved upon the previous game in almost every way.

Glad to finally be able to watch this after just finishing the game and reviewing it myself! I agree, massive improvement over the original despite some obvious flaws! Big changes I'd make would be doing away with the awkward jumps back to Maretime Bay, giving each character something unique they can do for the minigames outside of the main game too, and giving Misty more than just...the power of heart. A Bridlewood Forest game could easily help Misty shine better and I also think it would be cool to be able to play as all the new Mane 6 from the start.
Both games are available on Steam. With the Steam Summer Sale coming up it could be a good opportunity to snap them up for a cheap price.
Yeah, I'm buying this game. Gotta wait until it's off sale, though... Cannot buy it for it's release price.

Just got it after my next paycheck. From the little I've played so far, I'm liking the extra polish it was given (compared to the first game). Also loving 😍 the music from and based on Make Your Mark! Mmm, when you pause and "Mane Family" plays, MMMh! ☺️🥰 This is truly like MYM content post-MYM. Makes me hope we get more CG Ponies in the future! The next series and/or movie! 😃

I wonder how a game about a full-grown dragon trying to visit Zephyr Heights, Maretime Bay, Bridlewood and/or Starlight Ridge...

Couple things I'd like to ask:
1. I know you aren't a gamer, but are there any games that you have played? If so, which are your favorites?
2. Where can I hear your thoughts on A Maretime Bay Adventure, other than this video? And why do you think the narrative of that game works as wlel as it does?
Well I’ve never played any console games for obvious reasons, but I have played a ton of mobile ones. You see me play My Little Pony World a lot in my gameplay commentary videos and I still am obsessed with the Gameloft G4 game, even to this day. As for my thoughts on A Maretime Bay Adventure…well, this is the only video where I talk about it so far. I had plans to cover it in my G5 defense series, but I ended up not doing it as I wanted to keep the focus on canon G5 entries, hence why the comics didn’t qualify either. But I will talk about all of them at some point, so don’t worry. Personally, I think having Sprout as the villain agajn made the story a much more cohesive follow up to the movie, and having him be reformed at the end was very sweet. I may not see this guy redeeming himself working, but I gotta hand it to the writers for going in that direction anyway. Just the buildup of the overall storyline and how well it progresses is worth a lot of praise. It went further with the overall premise than Chapter 1 did in my opinion, and even had some genuine personal stakes (Zipp and Pipp saying that they want to go back to Zephyr Heights due to all of the chaos happening and the fact that they’re targeted). It’s these elements that edge it over the first special for me, and I think it’s deserved.

Mlp g5 really doesn't deserve this much hate. G5 deserves more love and support. We need to keep the g5 base strong. And keep supporting g5. They better not end g5 and they better give us more g5 3d content and we better get equestria girls. And we better see king sombra.I know hasbro made some mistakes like switching voices but i forgive them no matter what. G5 has made my life and i am forever grateful and thankful they made g5 happen
