There should be small water pressure pump you have connected in between the tap and the water tank to create such a pressure. Please show the details video including the connection between tank and the tap without cutting the clip.
The only difference I noticed was the water coming out wavy instead of a straight tube shape. Why not measure the outflows into buckets while being timed? Before and After to see if more water came out? I'm willing to bet it's the same.
It didn't work cos you did it wrong ..there was no vacuum .. First collapse the plastic bottle ..as much as you can without cracking it. Then there has to be another tap on the outlet ... Close that . Then turn the inlet tap on and the bottle will expand and fill up .. You should be able to get ¾ full . After it reaches equilibrium , turn the outlet tap on .. then you will have better flow as when the water in the bottle gies down a bit it will start to make a vacuum in the top that pulls the water through .. You didnt have one

At about 3:44 the water pressure suddenly increases? The water level in the bottle suddenly rises? Fake useless video. Bottles has no real function.
