What a positive story. Im 10 days post op of my L4/L5. I went into full leg paralysis and my wife rushed me to the doc then up to the surgeon and had the surgery the next morning. Im told to do nothing for 90 days. I have been a runner for 25 years and im scared I wont be able to go back to running again. I go see the doc in 2 weeks. I have a million questions :) Im staying positive. Your video gives me a great outlook. Thank you for the video.
Get yourself a great surgeon. Some take more time to be fully fused and ready to train than others. It’ll take time, but it’ll be so worth it. All the best to you.
Thank you for sharing your story! I’m 2 years post-op and doing well but the emotional damage is crazy and taking a long time to recover from.
This is my worry as im about to have spine n lumbar fusion physically i feel im ready ìts mentally afterwards im so scared 😢

How are you doing now? I'm having the same surgery in Sept and pray I'll be able to jog again.
