In addition sir, in Mathew 23:23, Jesus did not say, the church leader not to collect it. He only says they neglect the weightier matter.
This same place(weightier matter) points to the fact that tithe cannot take someone to the kingdom of God or make someone loose it. It a commandment of God for blessing
Sir, I have experienced the supernatural intervention of God Almighty in diverse ways in life through tithe.
