What I did for my kids:
1) concentrate on mommy’s return, not her leaving. Put three big pictures that she draws on the fridge. Take one down every day to give to mommy as a surprise when she returns. A count down will show baby girl a visual of how quick mommy will come back.
2) have Abella do what mommy does. Have her make toast, peanut butter sandwiches, prepare Neo’s bottle, give Neo a bath, put the laundry in the washer, put makeup on, sleep where mommy sleeps, etc. she’ll love it.
3) hang crepe paper and balloons for when mommy returns. Make a bid deal out of her surprise.
4) Don’t stress! You are teaching Abella that mommy always comes back. 👍🏻😁❤️
