I definitely get olfactory fatigue with woody ambers like the one used in Theoreme. Molecularly, they're quite large and heavy musks, but very potent especially if they contain an aromatic furan group. Don't need much in a composition to make it scream. Always good to have a second opinion on a scent!
I recently picked this one up to preserve my Tygar. To my surprise, I find this to be a very capable replacement! Very satisfied. The difference is almost indistinguishable, especially in the air.
Greetings from Greece. I had this perfume and I can confirm that the quality is excellent. However has a moderate performance.. 4-5 hours totally. Projection in high heat is close to 2 hours.. From my point of view performance is decent concidering that is actually a freshie fragrance. I ll buy it again.
I have tygar also black panther from Alexandria and just got alqiam silver for some reason I get nose blind to Al qiam pretty fast but not with tygar and black panther 😿
This one is good. For the cost to quality I think Arrakis is the best Tygar dupe. Of the cheaper ones I don’t find lots of difference between Al Qiam and Turathi and Junoon Oud. They are all great.
Quiam Silver has sneaky performance. I got a compliment on that fragrance 6 hours after I sprayed it on. I totally forgot I had it on, until a cashier at a Walmart told me how good I smelled.
Interesting that this fragrance behaves very differently here in the salty coastal air of Northern Spain than in the colder drier climate of Austria, where I used to live. I actually really like it now.
@@carlito7863 i have to disagree, in my experience working in an environment with no AC and mostly outside, i also commute to work with no AC in the vehcle for an hour. I got complimented reaching the office after commuting and sweating a lot. Theoreme was still projecting a lot even after those factors. Al qiam is better scentwise just like what is said in the review but not projection and longevity not even a lit bit. Never got compliments wearing al qiam silver yet.
@@carlito7863 no not nose blind. Still giving Al Qiam a chance im letting it macerate maybe it will change but for now it does not perform well compared to theoreme right out of the box. Al Qiam smells better though.
About Theoreme. İt is not a good clone of Tygar. Theoreme have a synthetic soapy-clean, musky citrus, white floral notes and that's all. It is more unisex, not musculine, salty, aguatic like Tygar. Also performance very very weak in compare with Tygar.
@charmingchowder7997 on which one ? To compare, I'd say Turathi is maybe slightly more synthetic, but that's just because it's slightly sweeter. Personally, I wouldn't hesitate between both, I prefer Turathi Blue
@charmingchowder7997 yes it's made for summer and spring, really good in high heat. The performance is really good for this type of scent, I get around 7-8 hours on my skin and the projection is really good
It will never stop. It is a common thing in a world of perfumery. Niche houses copying designers and vice versa too. Even big houses like Chanel, Versace, Gucci, Davidoff, Montblanc and other designers do copy for sure. Creed, Tiziana Terenzi, Xerjoff, to name a few, and other niche brands have some copies as well. It is a common practice really, how r u so surprised with that?
Mama mia ; Vibrato from Sospiro too
The opening is surreal

Dear Joy, I'm very happy to see you happy. Good going, keep it up.
God bless you❤

Macerate it will work, i tried it.

Yeah... That's why it's a "freshie"
Theoreme it’s the champion $25 …price ..and performance 🏆
Great review as always!
Theoreme has better performance. I have both al qiam and theoreme. Greetings from Philippines

@@dneilllegion1047 you are nose blind or it has been reformulated.

Hi Lattafa al qiam silver is a clone of SOSPIRO VIBRATO not TYGR
Are you sure? I mean, what's the difference?

I missed the vid yesterday bro, but I have love & respect for you bro. I wish you the best 🙏🏽💙☮️
Eid mubarik joy..
Found a perfect clone of Hawas . It's called Amaani by Lamuse Orientals. Made by lattafa
what about the performance and projection of amaani lamuse?
This one is the closest to Tygar scent-wise, but i prefer Turathi Blue which is stronger and juicier

Sometimes Joy you just convince yourself that it's good. Al Qiam sucks
Good morning 🙂
For me, Al-Qiam don't last at all. It's gone in 4hrs
When is this gonna stop? All these clones an copies of other fragrances, its getting out of hand.
