The tape must have been damming since truthfulness has nothing to hide. If the debate was over what was said and recorded, the recording should have been played in the very beginning of the debate. If Mr. Vegas was sure about what he heard on the tape, then his insistence on playing the tape was justified, and he needed to defend his honor. Why wouldn't a pastor replay the words of his own church sermon to his congregation. Mr. Vegas could also have handled the situation much differently by answering the questions because in the end the truth will always prevail. Watching this debate caused my head to hurt.

I'll tell you why he came Jennings: to start some mess. Should've stopped him at the beginning. I think Jennings was patient from the start with him. One advice I would've give Jennings was to stop the debate as soon as he started speaking. He didn't come to debate, he wanted to attack. Sometimes Jennings we don't invite people that will irritate us or come for drama. Got to walk away in peace and just leave them be. Even if that means people will say you were scared. The tape must have been damming since truthfulness has nothing to hide. If the debate was over what was said and recorded, the recording should have been played in the very beginning of the debate. If Mr. Vegas was sure about what he heard on the tape, then his insistence on playing the tape was justified, and he needed to defend his honor. Why wouldn't a pastor replay the words of his own church sermon to his congregation. Mr. Vegas could also have handled the situation much differently by answering the questions because in the end the truth will always prevail. Watching this debate caused my head to hurt.
