Salt= 1 tsp
FOR THE MASALA:
Mace Flower= 1/4
Cloves= 8
Cinnamon Stick= 1
Nutmeg= 1/4
Green Cardamom= 8
Rose Petals
Brown Onion= 4
Curd= 600 gm
Ginger Garlic Paste= 2 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder= 1 tbsp
Yellow Chilly Powder= 1 tsp
Salt= 1 tsp
Masala
Cloves= 20
Cinnamon Stick= 2
Green Cardamom= 16
Bay Leaf= 1
Black Pepper= 1/2 tsp
Kasuri Methi= 1 tsp
Oil= 1 cup
Coriander Powder= 2 tbsp
