You have a big ploblem with you calculations, there is no return rate for the shadow clawns. And the demand is not very high, maybe 30 pieces per day in a royal city.

To find the true value of the item (i.e., the value without the return rate), we subtract 15% from 100%, which gives us 85%. We then calculate the true value by multiplying the original amount by 85% (or 1 - 0.15). Thus, the calculation is: 149,000 X (1 - 0.15) = 149,000 x 0.85 This will give us the true value of the resources without the 15% return rate.
It is not that simple. You have to take 15% of the 15% that was returned and again 15% of that until you have 0 left. Add those numbers and you get the correct value.
