    During my divorce, my child was kept away from me for months. Everyone, including my lawyer, and the elder from my church advised me to go to school to pick up my son and keeps him away from his dad. The two women story in this study came to my head. I felt I couldn’t do that my kid. I can’t keep him away from his dad since he was already hurt once by being kept away from me. I trusted the Lord that I would one day win the custody battle. I eventually did against all odds. It’s been over 8 years but I am still touched by how God brought me comfort and gave me wisdom. Now, my son is no longer a six year old with runny nose but a freshman in high school. I am on a walk while waiting for him to finish orchestra practice. God is good.

    I agree you do have a teaching gift. I was trying to read and understand 1 Kings but was struggling. I turned on TH-cam and saw a bunch of channels but picked your teaching. So happy I did. I love how you read from the Bible and explain as you go. Thank you Sir Pastor Paul LeBoutillier, your teaching has truly blessed me.

    Thank you for this great message. I appreciate your Biblical teaching and learn a lot from your messages.
    In regards to the Toronto Blessing and Florida I understand there are concerns. It is easy for human pride and manipulation to mix into these movements. However, there are people who have had genuine encounters with God and whose lives have been changed for the good.
    There is no doubt that there has been lasting fruit in the lives of people who have attended these places.
    Although God is omnipresent, there are times in history (Welsh revival, George Whitefield, revival in south Wales and Scotland to name a few) where Gods power and presence have come in intense ways. I don’t find it strange that people travel to these specific geographical places if they feel led to do so.

    The awesome message of God's love for us is the reason I came into look at this video. The message is plain and clear. If your parents raised you with a set of standards that were good and beneficial, do you think it is wise to adopt standards that are contrary to your parents' ways. Isn't it obvious that the mixing standards will prove to ruin your life, since your parents raised you on standards that were good so mingling good with anything else, would prove unwise. Praise God for His love, and especially how He ministers His love through the stories of His people.

    I love listening and watching you I have learned so much from you but 2 chronicle 1 says gibeon is where the tabernacle is at least that’s how I understand it. At least until the temple is built.

  • @jrodamores87
    @jrodamores87 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Question: You noted that going to altars "high places" to sacrifice was a pagan practice, therefore it was not a good thing for Solomon to have gone there... however I have learned throughout my studies that, although the ark of the covenant was in Jerusalem, the tabernacle and the bronze altar were in Gibeon - on a mountain.
    2 Chronicals 1:5 - 6 "But the bronze altar that Bezalel son of Uri, the son of Hur, had made was in Gibeon in front of the tabernacle of the Lord; so Solomon and the assembly inquired of him there. Solomon went up to the bronze altar before the Lord in the tent of meeting and offered a thousand burnt offerings on it."
    So it may be a mixture of practices, but I feel that Solomon should get credit for seeking the bronze altar and tabernacle as a place to worship - where ever that might have been. Thoughts?

    I understand that 2 Corinthians 6:14 says to not be uniquely yoked with unbelievers but what if someone that believes in God was living with their parents and was way to young not to be with them but didn’t have the same beliefs as their parents?

    Mr. LeBoutillier, thanks for your very informative presentation. May I ask your opinion about two things? At vs. 25, why was Solomon sure that the soldier would not cut the baby in half? And halfway through vs. 26, why didn't the "fake" mother, who had been saying that the baby was hers, say "Yes, I agree, please give the baby to me!" ? (I have an idea about these, but I'd like to know yours.)

    Galatians 3:28-29 (Amplified Bible)
    28 There is [now no distinction in regard to salvation] neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you [who believe] are all one in Christ Jesus [no
    one can claim a spiritual superiority]. 29 And if you belong to Christ [if you are in Him], then you are Abraham’s descendants, and [spiritual] heirs according to [God’s] promise.
