My uncle who's 56 ripped said hills on a short Land Yacht! Our 25 year pal slayed on a longboard... Oh yea I'm the 45 year old Grom! For the dream!
Ben I’ve been living and playing out of vans for over fifty years. Here’s a tip you might find handy. Find a solar shower. It’s a bag of water really with a hose and sprayer dangling from one end. You can fill it anywhere. Holds generally about five gallons, a very decent two showers. It’s painted black inside and clear on the other side so you can place it on top of the van while surfing. It’ll get hot in the sun and is very nice after taking off the wetsuit, especially when you have a drive ahead. I hate salty and sandy crotch, especially while driving. Of course the sailboat method works great too, spray paint a gallon jug of water black, place in the sun and just pour it over you. The solar shower is a really nice trick though. Best wishes. Enjoyed watching you shred Hatteras, my old stomping grounds. Thanks.

Ben i have a lifetime of sports injuries 2 knee surguries, both ankles, and a broken back from a ski accident when i was in college. CBD has been a life changer for me. Cant take perscription drugs or pain killers, im a dad and work construction so not an option for me to be drugged up. Hope this works for you as well as it does for me... # lifesaver !!!!! Some emergency rooms are using CBD drops in water to (alleviate over toxicity ) from edibles so in other words people come in higher then they can handle. Enough to seek the emergency room. Watch out for the level of THC in edibles. note to anyone.so anyway applying CBD will actually bring down the high of THC that's what it does. When they're together.
