This album needs to be listened to in order but basically Peter Pan is the devil (Odd Eye Cat) tempting them back to Magic Island aka Neverland which is why they have glitter/fairy dust on them.
Cat&Dog is just a cutesy puppy love type of thing. They follow a progression of growing up since debut and while to adults and other viewers, it might be a song that gets you questioning it, it's more meant to be an innocent thing.
Their storyline is a continuous thread through all their songs and basically is about growing up. For me C&D is puppy love when you want to spend all your free time with someone, CYSM is about problems in friendship, Run away is escaping reality with friends (so is Blue Hour) and SRR is about falling for temptation and having a rush (can be all sorts of additions like food, gaming, …). They also have songs about self acceptance and finding friends (Crown), finding love (0x1=Lovesong feat. Seori) and heart break (Good boy gone bad; that album represents the 5 stages of grief). SRR is not Adam and Eve, but Peter Pan. PP is the devil and tempting them to not grow old. The Temptation album is about being tempted (Devil by the window), the rush (SRR), enjoying doing whatever you want to do (Happy fools feat. Coi Leray), realizing the rush is not everything that you want/need (Tinnitus) and deciding to move on and not being tempted anymore (Farewell Neverland)
For me Can't You See Me is just dark, not typical Dark KPop song but the eerie feel in those MV is just 😱 it's even better when you also watch Eternaly MV it's basicaly Movie Video 😅

TXT mvs are super fun to watch, and even rewatch. Each time there are little details that might go over your head the first time you watch it that allude to the much darker storyline. I don’t pay too much attention to the storyline, but it’s still fun to analyze. “Can’t you see me” is a lot more on the nose, but I really love how there’s subtle signs of a cracking friendship from the beginning, like their expressions on the couch. There’s a quick pan to a burning classroom in “Run Away” which I only noticed recently, but it gave me butterflies to notice something new even years later. Their mv “Magic Island” is the most lore heavy, and it runs 20 minutes long. It’s super cool with thrilling and artistic visuals! I love how they do dark fantasy, and they don’t shy away from turning their performance into art.

Funny story about the song Magic: My family and I were in Dallas when this song first played in a department store over the loudspeaker. My sister and I silently smiled at each other and mouthed the words. Being a self-taught dancer, resisting the urge to move to this was difficult, haha.
Their discography definitely started with more vocal effects (with their ballads/acoustic songs being the exception) but starting around minisode1: Blue Hour and definitely The Chaos Chapter most of their songs have started focusing on showcasing all the members’ individual vocal colors, which I love-especially because Beomgyu’s voice used to get edited to hell and back and his natural voice is so beautiful and deep and breathy and deserves to be showcased. I do still *love* their older songs but in terms of showing off their genuine vocal tones, their newer stuff is what does that.
okay so txts storyline is complex but lemme try. first, a one line generalization. if ateez is pirates, exo is aliens, txt is magical boys. next, their underlying storyline focuses on their adventure and challenges as 5 magical boys, they have their own power and stuff. it gets very dark and complicated so im not gonna. they likened their story's antagonist to the devil in the latest album, so there's that if you focus on the title track mv, theres kind of a storyline too thats separate and easier to digest. basically, it's txt growing up. starting from boys in crown mv, to friendships and broken friendships, to love life problems etc. now, it's about fighting temptation; hence, the very tempting mv of sugar rush ride. hope this helps somewhaatt 😊
Cat and Dog is an era I will never forget, and the song will always have a special place in my heart. I don’t think any of us MOA were predicting quite this much skin this comeback, but it’s a refreshing new direction. Watching cat & dog and sugar rush ride in the same video really showcases their growth as people, artists, and a group. If you want more vocal heavy songs I’d recommend Maze in the Mirror, Magic Island, Nap of a star, Ghosting, Anti-Romantic, Opening Sequence, and/or 0x1=love song. This is by no means a complete or even comprehensive list but these songs are some of my favorites from each of their albums/mini albums that show off their vocals a bit more. If you have time give them a listen 😊
