Take a look around deepwater fishing vessel the San Enterprise while it's berthed in Timaru, New Zealand. This Sanford vessel is about to head out fishing for hoki, but before it goes, the first mate will take you on a Two Minute Tour as the unload from its last fishing trip is completed.
