I don't think that there is any kind of signalling. This is a small branch line leading to nowhere, most probably served with only one trainset. Btw, a.f.a.i.k., in Romania there is no token system. They use German-style form signals (slightly modified, mixed direction and speed signalling) on branch lines and sometimes on mainlines too; mainlines are equipped mostly with Soviet, or modernized, square-shaped light signals (which is in fact an OSJD-type speed signalling system). Nowadays CFR installs the brand new TMV-system, which is an adaptation of the German Ks-system (in fact, apart of the TEN-T corridors, which are brand new built, this changeover has not too much importance, as the infrastructure in the country is half way between "catastrophic" and "ruins"). You can see OSJD-signals on the video above from 30:57, when the train arrives to the mainline.
