Hi, the easiest way to start with if you are intending to use LabVIEW, is to the OPC server "I made two videos on how to create a channel and a device and how to connect it with LabVIEW" You need to be very familiar with the PLC you are using so that you match the registers and coils in the OPC server. Later you will need to learn some LabVIEW basics and you will be able to connect it with the PLC if you fully understand what I explained in the videos I posted before
Vis go in the block diagram and they're basically equal to functions in C. There are no tricks in insertion. If you're referring to the front panel, then what we are using is a control tab, which can be found under containers in the modern palette
How you added the animation in a mixer tank like rotating shaft n all? 7:41. I have installed DSC module in LV2019 and when i go to LV ->Tools-> DSC module, i see image navigator, which has different industrial equipments imgs. But can't set such property like rotating and all. I am new to using DSC module. pls guide.
Hi. SCADA is not a tool or a software package, it is actually a type of control systems and it stands for supervisory and data acquisition. LabVIEW is a software package which through you can implement the concept of SCADA. You can supervise your data through GUI and acquire data using national instruments DAQ systems which areq LabVIEW compatible hardware.

One of the SCADA components is the Controller which you use to process the raw signals coming from the sensors. In the video case, the controller was a PLC. Any controller can be used to implement a SCADA system. LabVIEW or NI provide several different types of controllers such as NI-cRIO or NI-cDAQ or regular DAQs. You can use whatever suits your application.
Thank you for attention But I mean I want to bulid a program in plc S 700 ladder program just as software . Then make Scada in labview And make a virtual connection between them ? Can I do that?

At the time I used a separate industrial automation tool along with activeX from LabVIEW
