Even that's not worth it on the PS3 version that dragon is worth CRAP for exp your better off doing that CURSED book dungeon as long as you do not "BURN" that book you can kill its 5 bosses over and over the catch being once you START the book dungeons first floor before fighting the FINAL boss of this game its very hard to leave the DUNGEON without killing the FINAL boss of the cursed book itself. But I always had trouble controlling Colete yourself so even with a full party at lvs over 100 I would ONLY play as Lloyd and still FORCE her to poison Abyssion to death.
I'll still poison HIM and Sword Dancer 3 to death on NORMAL mode even at lvs over 130 via 10x EXP BUT I'll fight HIM BEFORE Zelos/Gate keeper so I could NOT absorb ANY of HIS spells on NORMAL mode and even at lvs over 100 just being HIT once and your 9999 HP can drop to 0 in UNDER 10 SECONDS so I still had to poison him to death. Meteor Storm still 1 shots a 9999 HP party on Mania mode if even 1 of the 5 meteors hits her and HE WILL STILL use it after his HP gets cut in half via poison damage on Mania mode. Regal/Presea SUCK and are NEVER in my party for boss fights even on NORMAL MODE. As for your 2nd half of this video that's IMPOSSIBLE theirs no way to Drain ALL of his TP down to zero yourself and still NOT DIE FROM his spells in 1 HIT during the process of FORCING him to use all of his TP.

how can u get level 250 where place u fight ?
just farm the dragon in the earth temple, with demon seal+something to neutralize the poison on everyone (krona/yasakani)
