Healthy & Tasty Chana Pulao Recipe
Cooking Time: 8 -1 0 minutes
Ingredients for Chana Pulao ( Chickpea Rice)
Bay leaf - 1
Star Anise - 1
Black Cardamom - 1
Green Cardamom - 2
Cloves - 3 -4
Black Pepper - 4-5
Cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch
Fennel seeds Powder - ½ tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 Tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 Tsp
Ghee - 1 Spoon
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 2-3
Tomato - 1
Chopped Ginger - 1 Tsp
Chopped Garlic - 1 Tsp
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Overnight soaked & boiled chana - 150 grams
Water - 2 cups
1/2 an hr soaked rice - 1 cup (200 grams)
Salt
