nah not overtuned at all, definitely fair and should never be nerfed (totally not a geist main)

i will definitely try it out. always fun to experiment and come up with new play styles
spammable silence and aoe, dmg amp, and decent cooldown on cheesy ult. Overtuned is absolutely correct
