- The aim of this podcast is too reawaken the average mind of an African, to its actually existence as an African and not see the African heritage as anti - modernism, rather it should be an evolved practice in the modern era, not thrown away.

Vector is so intelligent and it spreads out and am enjoying this
Vector please let your guest talk more. I really wanted to listen to Nimbe, I feel he didn’t say all he had to say
I Totally Agree... Really Would Have Loved To Hear What Nimbe "Held Back"... Collide & VEC Engaged More, Please VEC Try Balancin The Interaction Durin The Conversation...
Regardless, I Loved The Podcast... I'm A Huge Fan, Blessin... 🥃
Unfortunately he’s a rapper, hopefully as he does more episodes he’ll get a hang of it. Same with ikechukwu on drink with killz. When rapper go into radio or podcasting they find it hard to let other people talk because the fact that they’re talking into a mic the natural rapper instinct kicks in
I feel so too. I really want to hear that man talk
Medicine after death
We all need to be educated, do a lot of research, listen listen to John Henry Clark, Dr yosef Ben jochannan and many others others
I'm more of #TheGuy (@mrincrediblemi) fan, but... Thank you VEC for these. This is Schooling the World!!! Babalawo(Nimbe) is a Gift to the world. Just like you(VEC) and MI Abaga are great in the Spoken World Poetry. We can #ReWrite #OurOweBible
I rate this podcast 💯. Vector please more of it
Everything in the human experience is associated with representation. It is the only way we can communicate ideas and pass them from generation to generation. Our brains literally filter stimuli for survival via pattern recognition. This means that we can assign whatever meaning to a particular stimulus we wish. It's just that most of us tend to use current definitions for ease of communication. This is why messaging analysis is important. Great conversation!
Bring Nimbe back again
OMG I’ve known collide since 2013/2014 back in iroko tv at Anthony office
The strong connection between spirituality and religion keeps emerging whenever any of them comes up. A religious person is automatically a spiritual one, but a spiritual person may not be religious. It's safe to say that if there was a true divine religion, it would be the most spiritual. Part of being spiritual involves knowing there's the soul or spirit, and how it is different from the body. It also involves understanding that it is more beneficial and important to take care of your soul than your body. It should be the goal of everyone to constantly increase their levels of spirituality. The world would be a better place.
yo!!!! VECTOR brought doctor strange up here.
This was impactful. massive love for you.
So, we definitely need a part two of this conversation, because i believe there is a lot Nimbe has to enlighten us but the time did not permit him.
I love this
Wow, I will appreciate it if we can have a part 2 of this conversation in a deeper level. VEC always on point, I don't watch animation but I feel like doing so after watching this
Insightful
“The demon isn’t a bad thing,it’s just you denying like you’re trying to form for your humanity. So as you act the humanity you get to explain things you’re not supposed to be explaining 💯” that hit me ❤️

Barrack boy representing all Barrack boys
This is amazing 💙
Please bring Seun Kuti
First to watch
Firstly, it's RealMadrid v Frankfurt playing tonight and this episode pop up and I gat to focus on dis conversation "Image and Representation" I will start with our craft taken away from us decades ago why and reason the colonials maybe to study our culture more than we do learn it ourselves or to make money for themselves and recently this white people planning to return those craft why?? After they've enjoy it?
Another issue, though its my thought why do we have fake people calling themselves babalawo and this don't give our generation to focus on learning more about our craft as an Africa(Nigeria) "Asa ti a ko fi to omo, o ma parun ni" reason why ndime the bro on white t-shirt carry his pman culture till today and the culture no fit fade away. About the Esu matter, shey we no go reason this matter join the conversation why using white(Oyinbo) for Jesus graphic and black as the Satan?? referring to the Image and Representation conversation...
To my earlier point, I choice between this conversation to that of Real v Frankfurt match cuz it's my own opinion or rather choice to watch this conversation than the football part of the Image and representation..
Kudos to you guys
Can't wait for the next episode tho
Peace ✌️
That guy on white is a good lister. Also very intelligent reserve.
Interesting conversation it’s a good thing acknowledging our own spirituality, but I have a question to ask and I will appreciate a feedback from your guest or any enlightened person. In our traditional setting, worshiping of our ancestral deity in a family the responsibility of sacrifice rest on the shoulder of an individual as the head, eventually the person dies and nobody is willing to take responsibility the gods becomes destructive. Being a Christian you can decide not to go church and still be successful.
Like the esuu (sorry if the spelling is wrong) in Yoruba, the Igbo people were made to believe that Ekwensu is devil/Satan by the Christian missionaries. Ekwensu is just the God of war, a diety that's consulted before wars in Igboland. When the Bible was to be translated to Igbo, they needed a name to represent devil in Igbo, the Christian missionaries suggested Ekwensu be used knowing fully well that Igbos believe in Ekwensu while at the same time killing the people's believe in their diety. Same way esuu which is a Yoruba diety was translated as the devil which shouldn't.
Igbo people name their kids Ekwensu years before Christianity representing their diety but now no one wants to because it is preached as the devil.
Don't say no one, cos I might prolly name my child Ekwensu
Bring Burna boy to this show
I dey feel wetin nimbe Dey talk
Nice episode❤🙌
...but I feel like Vector should have let the Mr Nimbe speak more. Thanks tho🙌
I don't think they understood the spiritual excellence of the Babalawo.
Oh Evil 👿
What is “Asu”? Can i say it a Voodoo?
Let Nimbe talk ffs😫
the man in white shirt needs to come back alone for this topic
Vector, you're brilliant but let your guest talk more. I like this episode but there's a lot of things I don't agree with; backup your points or what you think is right/wrong.
As long as we are imperfect beings, we can't have total control of perfection and that's why Esu who is responsible for imperfection in the first place by misleading Adam and Eve that they can rule and do things on their own comes up. Except we don't believe we are imperfect humans.
It was mentioned somewhere in the video that Esu is not Satan. From your comment, the existence of Satan has to be one of the first imperfections to exhibit such character. After all Satan is God's creation. I believe that our imperfection is all part of the masterplan. If we were gonna be created as perfect beings, we would have been literal angels.
@@OneNigerian8BallPooler mind you that God created angels and humans with free will. We were not designed to be robot. Our choices are to make or mar us. As for the word Esu, it's the same as devil meaning slanderer. Satan was given that name because he is the chief and foremost slanderer and accuser of God Almighty.
He created humans and angel as perfect beings until Satan slandered God and made the first humans turn away from perfection by lying to them
You still don't get it.
So they made you believe a translation and you did ,what if the translation of satan is something else ,you still gonna believe cus you didn’t ask questions why is this .This things was just created and given meaning to.
Please bring back Niimbe, man has too much knowledge. He was not given the chance to talk.
that guy putting on cap doesnt know anything
A lot of the ideologies in the episode does not qualify anything about religion or beliefs!!
Quantifying me as a Yoruba and not human in nature is quite wrong!!
The first minutes of the episode quantified these!!
I think as an entertainer you should understand emotions, the way we look and treat ourselves is just on the basis of emotions.
