My friend got acro as soon as he went to second sea and his first sea beast also tier 1 and he got acro scythe! (But ur rlly lucky u killed 13 and I killed like more then 50 sea beast and still no acro or jaw or atk)

I really didnt expect to get acro from a t1 chest, i was like "oh another t1 chest free gems i guess" i didnt pay attention to what i got because i thought i got sk fin. Only when i opened my inventory to equip ATK V2 I saw that i got acrpscythe.
