BMitch Drinks Cartizze with Bisol Prosecco

B Mitch discusses Prosecco with Gianluca Bisol, current head of the 23rd-generation family winery in the Veneto region. Bisol produces fantastic sparkling wines, including the Valdobiadenne Superiore Cartizze DOCG. Without a doubt this Cartizze is one of the finest sparkling wines I have experienced, and certainly at the top of the Prosecco list for me, as well. Highly recommend.
